Wedding Packages

NOTE: In most instances, there will be an assistant present acting as a second photographer.

All photos are colour corrected, adjusted for exposure and cropped. Enlargements 11×14  and larger included in packages will be given additional retouching for items like teeth whitening, skin blemishes, etc.

Includes travel within 100 km radius of Estevan. Additional travel is $0.45 per km each way, plus applicable taxes.

For events outside 150 km radius of Estevan, I may bring my own camper trailer for overnight accommodations the night of the wedding.

All prices do not include applicable taxes.

Silver (standard) package – $2500

  1. Layflat photo album 9.5×13 in.,  30 pages

Gold package- $3500

  2. Two parent copy albums  each 8×12 in., standard dust cover, up to 40 side (pages)
  3. High res DVD set
  4. USB key memory stick with all images optimized for display on a 1080p high definititon television
  5. One 20×24 canvas wrap wall print
  6. Three 11×14 wall prints (metallic)

Platinum package – $4500

  1. Layflat album 12×16 in., metal cover, leather spine, velvet-lined suitcase, metallic paper, up to 40 pages, included in the standard package
  2. Two parent copy albums each 8×12 in., metal cover, up to 40 side (pages)
  3. Photobooth (two hours) 
  4. One 24×36 canvas wrap wall print
  5. Three 11×14 canvas wrap wall print
  6. USB key memory stick with all images optimized for display on a 1080p high definition television
  7. Proof set of 4×6 lustre or matte prints ~500-700 frames.

Photobooth

A curtained-off photobooth is set up in the back of the reception hall. Guests can come and have their photos taken, and receive a printoff shortly thereafter. Each grouping has 4 photos taken, and printed on a 4×6 sheet with the bridal couple’s names and wedding date on it. Each person getting their picture taken gets a print. All prints are included for pictures done in the time allotted. Photos will be included on the final disk and will be posted online for social media sharing. For receptions in excess of 200 guests, at least three hours should be allotted. It makes a great keepsake guests, and is a lot of fun.

Event prints

(Event prints are dependent on assistant availability and other factors, and are not necessarily included). If the couple allows me to bring my event printer to the reception, I will provide them with a 20-photo keepsake album that night to take on their honeymoon. I will lay out a copy of each of 20 selected prints on the table, and anyone who wants a 4×6 copy, it’s $10 each.

Albums

Album pricing is based on the standard album, 9.5×13 in., metal cover, leather spine, velvet-lined suitcase, metallic paper, up to 40 pages, included in the standard package, valued at $1,000.

All album upgrades must be prepaid at the time of ordering. As these albums are produced in Venice, Italy, it can take up to 2 months for delivery after ordering.  Album orders (including the primary album included in the package valued at $1,000) totalling over $2,700 recieve eight additional 4×5 in. guest books (perfect binding).

Album size upgrades:

  1. 12×16 album – $200 (total cost would be $1,200)
  2. 16×20 album, must be vertical orientation –  $800 (total cost would be $1,800)

Metal (aluminum) cover and leather spine and back is standard. Other options (ask for pricing) available include:

All primary albums come with a standard velvet-lined suitcase. Other options for a case include:

  3. Cowhide sleave –  $200 (up to 12×16), $250 (14×18 or 16×20)
  4. Distressed Nappa – $300 (up to 12×16), $375 (14×18 or 16×20)
  5. Clear display case – good for mantle, display nook, etc. (album must be vertical orientation) – $200 

Prints:

There is a VERY large variety of prints available through the online gallery site, galleries.zinchuk.ca – approximately 400 options, way too many to list here. Almost every conceivable size and shape is available. There are standard sizes, panoramas or square prints. You can get lustre (conventional), glossy or metallic photo paper prints; canvas wraps which require no framing; and metallic prints, which actually printed on aluminum and appear to float on your wall. You can also get giftware, from keychains to coffee mugs and T-shirts. Thank you and Christmas cards are also available.  All print orders except for collage walls are done through galleries.zinchuk.ca, and are priced in U.S. dollars. Printing is done with one of the leading professional labs in North America. Shipping and taxes are extra.
